This Privacy Policy explains how Artem Svirinovskyi (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Frog Loop (the “Game”), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using the Game you agree to the practices described here.

2. How we use information

3. Advertising

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area, the UK and other regions where required, you will be shown a consent form (Google’s User Messaging Platform) where you can choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. On iOS, the Game also asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and approximate location to serve ads. Learn more: How Google uses advertising data.

4. Third-party services

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Game:

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep account and progress data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data directly in the Game: open Settings → your account → Delete account. This removes your leaderboard entry, your cloud save and your purchase identity from our systems.

You may also request deletion by contacting us at support@vias.im and we will delete your data.

6. Security

All data transmitted between the Game and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS.

7. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

8. International users

Our service providers may process and store data on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-game account deletion or contact us at the email below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide notice within the Game or store listing.
